Digital Estate & Legacy

Making sure the people who need access to your accounts can get it when you cannot — without leaving those accounts exposed while you still can.

Almost everything now sits behind a password only one person knows. When that person dies or is suddenly in hospital, their family finds out that the photos, the bank access, the utility accounts and the password manager are all locked, and that the platforms will not simply hand them over.

The usual improvised answers are worse than nothing: a shared password written in a drawer, or a spouse who technically has the login but not the phone that receives the code. One is a security hole, the other is a false sense of security.

We work through which accounts genuinely matter, set up the legacy-contact and recovery features the major platforms already provide but almost nobody switches on, and produce a documented plan your family can actually follow — secured so it is useful to them and not to anyone else.

Prices reflect the time these engagements normally take. Where a service is priced by size, pick the tier matching whichever part of the description is larger for you — a small house with a great many devices belongs in the higher tier. If what we find on the day goes beyond the tier you picked, we will tell you before starting and agree any additional time with you first. We never bill for extra time you have not agreed to.

How it works

  1. What matters

Not every account. The ones holding money, memories, identity or access to everything else — usually a much shorter list than people expect.

  2. Setting up access

Legacy contacts, account recovery and inheritance features configured where the platforms support them, and a secure route for the ones that do not.

  3. Writing it down

A plan the people who need it can follow under stress, stored so that it is available to them and to nobody else.
