Drive Destruction
For drives that should not survive at all — we take them to a certified shredding facility and bring you the certificate.
Some drives cannot be erased — they have failed, they will not power on, or they are old enough that nothing will talk to them. A drive that cannot be erased can still be read by somebody willing to open it up.
There is also the category where erasure is simply not enough reassurance: the drive from the machine that handled your business accounts, or the one from a device you know was compromised. For those, physical destruction is the honest answer.
We inventory what we take, transport it to a facility that shreds drives to a certified standard, and bring you the certificate. You get a documented chain from your hand to the shredder rather than a promise that it was dealt with.
Prices reflect the time these engagements normally take. Where a service is priced by size, pick the tier matching whichever part of the description is larger for you — a small house with a great many devices belongs in the higher tier. If what we find on the day goes beyond the tier you picked, we will tell you before starting and agree any additional time with you first. We never bill for extra time you have not agreed to.

Destruction
Transported to a certified facility and physically shredded — not degaussed, not drilled, shredded.
Certificate
The facility's certificate of destruction, matched against the inventory we took, so every drive on your list is accounted for.
